These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the World Divination website (www.worlddivination.com) and the purchase of any digital courses, workshops, memberships or other products offered.
By accessing the website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase any products.
You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

All sales are final and non-refundable. Digital products (courses, recordings, PDFs, etc.) are delivered immediately upon payment, therefore no refunds or cancellations are available under any circumstances.
Upon successful payment, you receive access to the purchased course materials (videos, PDFs, downloads) for personal use only.
If you are attending a LIVE course you will receive lessons on the date's stated.
You may download materials for offline personal study, but access remains subject to these Terms.
All course content, including videos, PDFs, worksheets, audio recordings, images, text, and any other materials, is owned by Toni Savory trading as World Divination and protected by UK and international copyright laws.

Breach of copyright may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

Accounts found sharing materials will be terminated without refund.

World Divination accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
